Affiliate program terms
These terms keep the program simple, fair, and product-led. Affiliates earn when referred customers become paying PostTempo members.
Tracking window
Referral links use a 30-day cookie by default. The active link code attached at signup is used for commission tracking.
Customer discount
Eligible referral links include a personal promo code when checkout supports automatic discounts. PostTempo may disable or regenerate a code if it is abused.
Commission status
Commissions begin as pending, become earned after the referred customer is active, then move through payout review: pending, approved, paid, or rejected.
Refund window
Commissions are reviewed after the refund and chargeback window. Refunded, disputed, canceled, duplicate, or unpaid accounts can be rejected or voided.
Payout methods
Payouts are manual for now. Affiliates can provide a payout email and preferred method such as PayPal, Wise, or a bank note. Minimum payout thresholds may apply.
Invalid referrals
Self-referrals, fraudulent signups, same-household abuse, suspicious payment patterns, very fast signup-to-cancel behavior, and misleading promotions can be paused, flagged, or voided.
Tax and compliance
Larger payouts may require identity, tax, or business documentation before payment. Affiliates are responsible for reporting their income where required.
Promotion rules
Affiliates should describe PostTempo accurately, avoid spam, and never imply employment, guaranteed income, or official endorsement without written permission.
Payout timing
Payout timing, payout status, payment notes, and review decisions are visible in the affiliate dashboard or handled by the PostTempo admin team.
