Data Deletion Instructions
How PostTempo users can disconnect social accounts and request deletion of account, workspace, publishing, analytics, and connected-account data.
Last updated: August 15, 2026
You can remove a connected social account or delete your entire PostTempo account at any time. You do not need to contact Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, or another platform first.
Remove one connected social account
- Sign in at posttempo.com/login.
- Open Accounts in the PostTempo dashboard.
- Find the Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, or other account you want to remove.
- Select Remove and confirm.
Removing a connection deletes its stored authorization credentials from PostTempo and stops future publishing and data retrieval for that account. It does not delete posts already published on the social platform. You can also revoke PostTempo directly in the connected platform's app or business-integration settings.
Delete your entire PostTempo account
- Sign in and open Profile & Settings.
- Scroll to Delete account.
- Complete the confirmation shown on screen.
Account deletion removes your profile, workspaces you solely control, connected-platform tokens and identifiers, drafts, uploaded media, schedules, publishing records, and stored analytics, subject to limited legal, security, fraud-prevention, and backup retention described in our Privacy Policy. Content already published to a third-party platform must be deleted on that platform.
Request deletion by email
If you cannot sign in, email [email protected] from the address associated with your account. Include the words "data deletion request" and identify the relevant PostTempo workspace or connected account. Do not send passwords or social access tokens. We will verify ownership, confirm receipt, and notify you when the request is complete.
