When to consider Publer

Consider Publer when its current workspaces and API eligibility already match the system you run.

Run the same one-week trial in both tools

Example evaluation: one brand, two connected accounts, six draft posts, and one reviewer. These are trial inputs, not customer results. Use your actual workload if it differs.

  1. Record the total plan cost for your accounts, users, AI usage, and required approvals.
  2. Create the same text, image, and short-video drafts. Check the available formats on each connected account.
  3. Ask a reviewer to request a change and approve the revision. Record the steps and permissions required.
  4. Check the scheduled time and timezone, then verify the outcome of an authorized test post.
  5. Document exceptions, support needs, and migration work before choosing a tool.

Use the content calendar template to keep the trial consistent. If you switch, follow the account handoff checklist.
