Privacy Policy

PostTempo is a social-media planning and publishing service operated by MA RSG 2024 LLC ("PostTempo," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, when we disclose it, how long we retain it, and the choices available to you when you use posttempo.com and the PostTempo application.

Information we collect

• Account and workspace information: your name, email address, login credentials in hashed form, organization or workspace details, preferences, and support communications.
• Content you provide: drafts, captions, media, schedules, publishing instructions, approvals, and other material you choose to create or upload.
• Connected-platform data: when you connect a social account, we receive the identifiers, profile or Page names, business and Page assets, permissions, authorization tokens, post metadata, and engagement or performance information that the platform makes available and that you authorize. For Meta products, this can include your public profile, the Facebook Pages and business assets you manage, Page content and engagement, Instagram professional-account information, and Threads information.
• Usage and technical information: browser and device information, IP address, timestamps, feature activity, diagnostic logs, security events, and cookie or similar-technology data.
• Billing information: subscription, transaction, and customer identifiers. Payments are processed by Stripe; PostTempo does not receive or store your full payment-card number.

How we use information

We use information to:

• create and secure your account and workspace;
• connect the social accounts you authorize;
• preview, schedule, publish, and troubleshoot content according to your instructions;
• retrieve authorized analytics and show publishing results;
• provide support, prevent abuse, maintain reliability, and improve the service;
• process subscriptions and comply with legal obligations; and
• provide AI-assisted features when you choose to use them.

PostTempo publishes or schedules content only when a user takes an action that directs the service to do so. If you invoke an AI feature, the prompt and content needed to complete your request may be sent to the configured AI service provider. We do not send Meta Platform Data to an AI provider unless you deliberately include that information in an AI request.

Meta Platform Data

We use data received from Meta only to provide the user-requested functions described above, in accordance with Meta Platform Terms and applicable law. We do not sell or rent Meta Platform Data, use it for targeted advertising, build or augment advertising profiles with it, or provide it to data brokers. We disclose it only to service providers acting on our instructions, when you direct us to do so, or when disclosure is required by law.

How we disclose information

We may disclose information in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers: Cloudflare provides network security and object storage; Hetzner Online GmbH provides application and database hosting; Stripe processes payments; Google provides website analytics when enabled; and configured AI providers process AI requests you initiate. These providers may use data only to perform services for us under their applicable agreements.
• Connected platforms: we transmit your content and instructions to Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, and other platforms that you connect. Their own terms and privacy policies govern their processing.
• Legal and safety reasons: we may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, investigate fraud or abuse, or enforce our terms.
• Business transactions: information may be transferred as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.

We do not sell personal information.

Cookies and analytics

We use essential cookies for login, security, and application operation. We may also use analytics technologies to understand site usage and improve PostTempo. Google Analytics is configured to anonymize IP addresses when it is enabled. You can limit non-essential cookies through your browser settings.

Retention

We retain account and workspace information while your account is active and as needed to provide the service. Connected-platform authorization tokens are retained while the connection remains active and are removed when you remove the connection or delete your account. Drafts, media, schedules, and analytics remain until you delete them, remove the applicable workspace, or delete your account. Limited records may be retained longer when necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, accounting, or legal compliance. Residual copies may remain temporarily in protected backups until those backups rotate.

Your choices and rights

You can review and update profile information in Profile & Settings, manage or remove a social connection from Accounts, and delete your PostTempo account from Profile & Settings. You may also request access, correction, export, restriction, objection, or deletion where applicable by emailing [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. Security and international transfers

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including encrypted transport, access controls, and monitoring. No system is completely secure. PostTempo and its providers may process information in the United States, the European Economic Area, and other countries where they operate. When required, we use lawful transfer mechanisms and contractual protections.

Children

PostTempo is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us so we can delete it.

Changes and contact
