Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of PostTempo, a social-media planning and publishing service operated by MA RSG 2024 LLC. By creating an account or using PostTempo, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement and must provide accurate account information. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials, for activity under your account, and for ensuring that workspace members have appropriate authority.

Connected platforms

You may connect only accounts and assets that you are authorized to manage. Your use of Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok, and other third-party platforms remains subject to each platform's terms and policies. Platform availability, permissions, APIs, and publishing behavior can change without our control. You can revoke a connection at any time from the Accounts page.

Your content and instructions

You retain ownership of content you provide. You grant PostTempo a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, adapt for platform formatting, and transmit that content solely to operate and improve the service and carry out your instructions. You represent that you have all rights and permissions needed for the content and audiences you select.

You control whether and when content is scheduled or published. You are responsible for reviewing captions, media, dates, destinations, disclosures, and legal compliance before approval. Internet failures, platform review, rate limits, expired permissions, or platform outages may delay or prevent publication, so you should verify time-sensitive posts.

Acceptable use

You may not use PostTempo to violate law or third-party rights; publish deceptive, harmful, or unlawful material; distribute malware or spam; bypass access controls or platform restrictions; scrape or reverse engineer the service except where law permits; interfere with service operation; or access data or accounts without authorization.

Subscriptions

Paid plans renew for the billing interval shown at purchase until canceled. Fees, taxes, plan limits, trial terms, and cancellation details are presented at checkout. Stripe processes payments. You may cancel future renewals through the available billing controls; cancellation does not retroactively refund amounts already charged except where required by law.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using PostTempo or delete your account at any time. We may limit or suspend access to protect users or the service, comply with law or platform requirements, address nonpayment, or respond to a material breach. When reasonably possible, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

Disclaimers and liability

PostTempo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, particular engagement results, or continued access to any third-party platform. To the extent permitted by law, MA RSG 2024 LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as PostTempo changes. Material revisions will be posted with a new effective date, and continued use after they take effect means you accept the revised Terms. Questions may be sent to [email protected].
