What an agency scheduler has to separate
Agency scheduling fails when two clients share a queue. PostTempo workspaces are the boundary: Agency includes up to 50 workspaces and approval workflows; Scale removes the workspace cap. Creator is a single workspace without approvals.
Price the plan from the client count and the reviewers, not from a feature grid. The approval guide and the handoff checklist are the operating pieces around the tool.
A client week that can be handed over
Each client week should name the accounts, the approver, the timezone, and the posts that are still drafts. When the person running the account changes, the handoff checklist is the record of access and queued posts. The scheduler cannot invent that record after the passwords have already been shared in chat.
Approvals on Agency and Scale
Those plans include approval workflows. Pro does not. Do not sell a client review step on a plan that cannot record it.
API keys for production systems
Pro includes two API keys, Agency includes ten, and Scale does not cap the key count. Free and Creator have no API keys.

Drag a post only inside the workspace you opened. Switching workspaces is how you switch clients.

Yes, inside that client's workspace, on a plan that includes approvals and enough team seats.
Should agencies use the API?
Use it when a CMS or automation should create drafts. Keep posts:publish off the agent until a person has approved the post.
